Eating more seafood doesn't have to mean putting fish on the menu every night. In fact, the American Heart Association recommends about two servings of fatty fish per week as a way to get beneficial omega-3 fatty acids.

Fish like salmon are especially rich in omega-3s, while also providing high-quality protein and other important nutrients. The best part? Two seafood meals a week is an easy goal to reach — especially when you start with fresh fish you actually enjoy eating.

At Bucks County Seafood, we're always happy to help you choose what's fresh, how much you need, and the easiest way to prepare it.

Stop in and see what's fresh this week.
